Getting Started
This guide walks you through launching your first Stream on SWIM — from account creation to sharing your URL with buyers. The whole process takes under 30 minutes.
Step 1: Create your account
Section titled “Step 1: Create your account”Go to swimflows.com and click Dive In in the top navigation. Enter your email address and create a password. You’ll receive a verification email — confirm it to activate your account.
Your account is your personal identity on SWIM. It’s separate from your merchant business — the same email can manage multiple businesses without mixing them up.
Step 2: Set up your Workspace
Section titled “Step 2: Set up your Workspace”After signing in, you’ll be directed to the merchant portal. Create your first Workspace by entering your business name and legal entity information. The Workspace is your private merchant identity — buyers never see it directly.
Choose a Workspace name that matches your business entity. This is what appears on invoices and SWIM’s internal records. If you operate more than one business, you can add additional Workspaces later from the same account.
Step 3: Create your first Stream
Section titled “Step 3: Create your first Stream”Inside your Workspace, create a Stream. You’ll choose a slug — the short identifier that becomes your public URL at swimflows.com/streams/your-slug. Choose something clean and memorable; this is the URL you’ll share everywhere.
Add your stream name, a short bio, and a profile image. These are what buyers see when they visit your page.
Step 4: List your first offer
Section titled “Step 4: List your first offer”Inside your Stream, create your first MBO. Choose the offer type (physical product, digital download, service, or experience), add a title and description, upload images, and set your Drop price.
When you’re ready, publish the offer. It will appear on your Stream immediately.
Step 5: Share your Stream URL
Section titled “Step 5: Share your Stream URL”Your Stream is live at swimflows.com/streams/your-slug. Share it anywhere: in a bio, a newsletter, a direct message, a printed card. Anyone can browse your Stream without an account. Claiming an offer requires Drops.
